This agreement is a distance contract within the meaning of article

 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 - 206 (

consumer code).The contract for the sale of goods between Twice

Vintage Shop di Benvenuti Mariacristina –VAT: 10922621007,

Via di San Francesco a Ripa, 7 00153 Rome and the consumer

(customer).

The contract is concluded directly through your acceptance of a purchase proposal issued by

the customer via the internet because of the choice of products in the website

www.twicevintage.com and all its subdomains.

The purchase of one or more articles, present and described in the pages of this website, is

completed by the customer at the price indicated at the time of submission of the order

confirmation, adding the shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart before

payment.Prior payment by the customer, you will be shown a summary containing the unit

cost of each item including VAT, shipping cost and the total cost of the order.

Payment of purchased items and shipping charges must be paid by the customer at the time of

submission of the order confirmation by the payment methods indicated when ordering.

ATTENTION: the shipment of items purchased will only happen after payment is received.

Purchased items will be delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer. It is good

practice to indicate a telephone number to allow direct contacts in case of problems.

The customer is obliged to check that the package is intact and undamaged.

In the event that the package is tampered with and/or damaged, the customer must refuse

delivery and raise a claim to the carrier. Then must send an email to sisterstwice@gmail.com

exercised their rights under art. 7 Privacy Code and art. GDPR 15. Where applicable,
